If you got a message about "excessive bounces" from the mailing list in
the last week or two, your ISP has instituted new junk mail filtering
settings which cause any message with "forged" headers to be discarded.

All mailing lists used to change the headers, and thus, looked forged, and
were being rejected.

This has been a widespread problem since the middle of April or so.

The mailing list software used for this list has been corrected and can
now successfully send messages to everyone. It no longer sends "From" the
original sender - it sends from the list, on that sender's behalf.

You may need to adjust your mail filtering rules to accommodate this
change.

Any user who's entry on the mailing list was disabled due to the block has
been re-enabled, and the list is working within the new rules pushed onto
the internet by this group of large ISPs.
