Yes, this is accurate. I have personally experienced this with an unspayed rescue female from last year. After she was spayed, the urination stopped. It dribbles out, seemingly without control by the female. She was not ill otherwise, just in heat.

Not sure if that is accurate, considering we are talking about urinary tract
and not reproductive tract.   If she was marking, that may be an indicator
however Vicki is saying there are multiple puddles on her paper, which would
indicate urination.   I suppose having an answer to whether or not she is
spayed would help.

Has your skunk been spayed? Urinating often is a symptomn of a female being
in heat.
