SK: Skunk owners outside the US

I need info on skunk laws outside of the US. Is your skunk registered? Do you have to have license or permit? How did your American skunk get there? Customs? Please tell me or even better, scan and email me foriegn skunk documents. www.skunklaw.com needs ammunition. IT is OK to have a pet american skunk in all these countries, but not in so much of the USA? And we are the land of the free?
