Yes, but WE can't use it legally and  most of it is airdropped bait.

As to who words the laws?  LOL  WHO KNOWS??  Certainly no one with real 
education because it is ON THE BOOKS that it's illegal to own cats ALL BREEDS in 
the State of Georgia!  Of course, they MEANT wild cats such as Bobcats.....but 
it specifies ALL BREEDS!!
