SK: proposed rule change for Florida wildlife reg's

Please oppose this new rule. A policy of this sort will endanger the public by causing Bambi syndrome. People will not call animal control if they know the animal will be killed. Animal control and wildlife rehab personell should be allowed to use judgement in the field. It is inhumane to force these people to sign the death warrants on innocent animals whose territory is being invaded by humans.
