SK: Skunks Digest,Under the house

I have a Mama with kits under my house. They are illegal to own in Wa St.  So 
this is the only way I can have them. I am feeding cat food. Had them years  
ago and miss having a pet
I have a vet that would do work on them if I can catch them.
So far no smell so she must like me she comes out and eats has anyone got  
any ideas on what I should do.
