This MIGHT be an opening.  The colored, domestic/pen-raised skunk, sold for 
pets, isn't native to Kansas.

To try to get around a law often ends up with a confiscated skunk.  If you 
can't get them to see that we have domestic skunks.....then work to get 
antiquated laws changed.  It's not easy, but it can be done.
