There are lots and losts of Registry cleaners out there, but Registry First Aid has the imprimatur of WUGNET itself, which is enought to prompt a trial, I would think.

Well, probably not too many such, since WinGuides Tweak Manager joins the teeming throng of programs designed to do this, but as an added bonus, including tweaks for popular software like Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer.
